iCloud Download
I am trying to download to my new iPhone SE my albums that are in iCloud and the icon just keeps spinning. How can I fix this?

If on wifi, try another network or turning it off.

Something has worked - whether it was trying to use cellular data, turning the phone off and on again or some other action I took out of frustration. Downloads are working on my wifi network. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
Thank you for the idea. I don't have access to another wifi network at the moment but I have tried to use cellular data and the problem persists. I appreciate your stepping in regardless.
