Airprint Printer Not Responding

I'm running IOS 13.5.1 on my iPad Pro (and iPhone X) and have been printing to an Epson AirPrint-enabled WF4740. Both the iPad and iPhone can find the printer in the print dialogue, but nothing happens after tapping the Print button. (No "preparing" message, and no response from the printer.) Have tried powering down all devices and powering up again. Can still print wirelessly as usual from my iMac and MacBook Air.

Any ideas?

You may need to restore your printer to factory settings.
