Disabled Apple id

I am not able to download or update any of my apps while only getting “your Apple ID has been disabled” message on my phone, how do I fix this?

iPhone 8, iOS 13

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
