iPad Pro 12.9 wont charge.

Bought new charging cable and power block but after three days of being plugged in and trying different wall plugs and adapters it is still showing the charging battery icon, and it still won’t power on. Even with a force restart. Sent to Apple. They sent back saying there was no issue but they did update software. Got it back and it worked. Then it died and again will not charge. Been plugged in for six hours now. Not even force restart. 🤷🏻‍♀️
