Macbook(2017) Pro logic board Issue

I bought my MacBook pro in 2017 and its not turning on now. I went to apple authorised service center and they are telling the main logic board is gone. Its $1000+ to replace it.

1st:

Why is the quality of the macbook so bad ?

2nd :

Apple had seen this issue on Non touch bar and have a replacement program.Mine is Touch bar model and so its not under the program. But i have the same issue.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

You reference link above is for MacBook Air— I see now you also have have posted/ edited to include MBP.

MacBook Pro— the only SSD/logicboard replacement program I see is:

https://support.apple.com/13-inch-macbook-pro-solid-state-drive-service

Unfortunately none of these apply to you Mac.

It is of little compensation however you can submit Apple Feedback http://www.apple.com/feedback

and let them know how you feel in the matter.

If a service program is issued in the feature— Apple in the past has refunded all labor and parts. The repair service ticket is all you need to qualify if it turns out to be the case. Your repair history is documented:
