iwatch series 5 voice memos are not syncing with the iPhone

i have apple watch series 5 and iPhone 7 plus with latest version running in it ( i have recorded voice memos in my iwatch series 5 and the voice memos are not syncing with the iPhone )( i dont want to loose my iwatch voice memos as its important for me

(in my iPhone settings < icloud < voice memos syncing is on

i want solution ( that all my voice memos of my iwatch comes to my iPhone)
