Can't Delete Wacom .kext file to add new Driver

I'm running 10.15.5 and I'm trying to add my new wacom and I get an error saying a previous driver exists. I've done extensive searches and only find one "Wacom Tablet.kext" file from 2015. I can't delete it no matter what I try. I can't change the sharing to read and write as it says I don't have permissions but it's my computer. How can I force delete it? I'm sure it's why it's not letting me install the new driver?

I believe I have an explanation, but not an answer: Catalina has two volumes now and the OS and system files are all in a read-only volume - neither you nor anyone else has access to change anything. So, if that is where that file is, you cannot remove it. And I do not have an answer if it would be at all possible. I'd try this approach to begin with: post in the Wacom suppport/discussions and ask how to uninstall a driver (and install a current driver) if you are running Catalina.
