Where do I find downloaded files?
I downloaded a pdf file on my iPad. Where is the file located and how can I access it?

The file will either be will be wherever you saved it - or in the Downloads folder.
If you can remember the name of the file, you can use the native Search function to locate it. From any Home screen, simply touch any empty area on the screen (except the edges or extreme corners) and swipe downwards to expose the Search dialogue; enter the filename - and you’ll hopefully find the file at the top of the results listing.
To look at the downloads folder, open the native Files App - then select the Downloads folder from the side-bar.
