where to find downloaded pdf file

Using iOS 15, I cannot find a downloaded file. I looked in all the suspected places: adobe, pages, icloud drive) and I still cannot find it! Help?

Have you looked at your Downloads folder in the Files App? The default downloads folder location is /iCloud/Downloads.
