My iPad Model Number is NU172HN/A actually what it refers or what is the expansions of NU, MU, SU, FU codes...?

Every iPad Model Numbers are mentioned like MU172AB/A, or NU172HN/A ...
in this code MU172AB/A, the second last AB refers Arabian Countries... like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar & in NU172HN/A , that HN refers China, so I have one doubt, what are full forms of starting code letters like SU,FU,NU & MU ...
[ here I think FU means Factory Unlocked, or refurbished(I dint know correctly) ]. Could you please explain, what it refers.
