iPad Pro/iPhone - No Mac..music on USB drive

Hi, all! I have an iPhone XR and a new iPad Pro. I have much of my music collection (mp3) on an external hard drive. I also have the adapter to hook it to my iPad Pro.

The question is, since I don’t have a Mac anymore, how on earth can I transfer music from the external hard drive to the Music App on my iPad and iPhone?

I appreciate it in advance!

Transferring music files from Windows to iPad Pro? I have been told I can't transferring music files (mp3, flac) from Windows to iPad Pro? I will be receiving an iPad Pro 12.9" at the beginning of June - I hope. The accessories arrived today, just to tease me. Sitting there in their lovely white boxes. I have just been told that I can't "just" copy music files from my windows system to my iPad pro (2021) . I have just installed iTunes on my Windows PC, I assume I'll have an iCloud account when I set up my iPad pro when it arrives in June. can I use iTunes and iCloud to somehow transfer them from my Windows system to my iPad Pro or my home wifi or a usb cable. And will they play on my iPad. When I'm on holiday in the Lake District with no WI-Fi or cellular signal I will want to play music from my iPad, surely this possible somehow. thank you

I tunes music transfer to I Phone I have a treasured music library on my Dell laptop. All the music is paid for either from Apple or loaded from personal CDs. I have an I phone 8 plus. I can see both libraries on my laptop (see images of each) I can see the music currently on the I phone and the music currently on my I tunes on my computer. How do I get all my music onto my I phone?
