Hi Amynthys.
Thanks for following up and letting us know that the issue is not that the sound is not heard.
You mentioned that the volume is changing on your iPhone. If you're using an iPhone X or later, please check to see if 'Attention Aware Features' is enabled. This setting allows the TrueDepth camera to check to see if you're looking at the iPhone, and will then lower the volume of alerts: About Attention Aware features on your iPhone X or iPad Pro - Apple Support.
If there is no change, or if that feature is turned off, go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics. Do you have 'Change with Buttons' turned on or off? Does it make a difference if it's on or off, or does the same behavior remain?
To be sure that we've covered all the basics, have you also tried restarting your iPhone with these steps: Restart your iPhone
If the issue persists let us know which apps you're seeing this issue with.
Also, what is the iOS version number showing when you go to Settings > General > About > Software Version?
Take care.
I have the same problem, did all their work arounds and it still does it If I could getmy money back I would by an Android. Apple does not seem to want to own up to this problem
Not solved !!!
I called sprint today ! This has got to stop
they are working on it.
I have tried everything. Nothing works !
Yeah. Return it for a full refund whilst you are still eligible and buy another phone.
this has been an issue since ios7. They don’t intend to fix it cos they don’t care
Same thing happens to me on this new 12 crazy apple should fix this problem after all the money I paid I just wish I didn’t do this
It’s been an issue for years.
First had it on iPhone 4
they’re not going to fix it
Well they should fix it that’s for sure
I don’t have platronics and it still does it whether Bluetooth is on or off.
I have the same issue. I also have Plantronics Backbeat Pro 2 and confirms that mine via bluetooth does not cause or interfere with any volume functioning..
Just got the new update and no mention of this problem. I have noticed my phone only does it once or twice a day now but it’s frustrating checking all the time if the volume is up
Hali firması için kullandığımız ipone cihazdada aynı sorun var.Çözümü bulan arkadaş varmıdır

Mine, too and I am old and hearing impaired. How do I make it stay on the loud ring?
Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do until Apple acknowledges there is a problem. None of the fixes Apple support suggest work.
I’ve been experiencing worst after updating to ios 14.1. I have to check the volume at least 3 times a day. I can see the sliders are slowly making it’s way to the lowest setting. :((
Same here two days now.
Me too it hasn’t went down yet let’s keep our fingers crossed god is good
