For some reason the shows and movies on my Apple TV are very dark

The menu is bright but the shows are dark. Any solutions?

It does not matter which tv I use, my Visio, my Samsung and my LG plus my iPad each have been adjusted for settings, but the Apple + shows are very dark. Sometimes II change settings several times throughout a show just to be able to barely see what is on the screen. The new Star Wars shows are so dark they can’t be lightened, they just look grey and brown and black. i have tried everything my TVs can offer. There is no “video and audio” setting in the app, like another person said to click on. There is a “video troubleshooting” where the app does something then says OK. it’s so distressing. Apple TV menu screen is grey and apps don’t work. Apple TV 4K menu screen is gray with only one line of icons and nothing works.

Apple TV darkness Movies are suddenly playing super dark on our Apple TV. We had this problem with our old Apple TV and then switched the device to our newer generation Apple TV. It seemed to fix the problem. Now the problem is back. The movies play fine on another smart TVs that’s not using an Apple TV. Netflix and Disney plus are both giving the same results. Help!
