My EarPods won’t work anymore on my iPhone 7

My EarPods won’t work anymore on my IPhone 7, but they do on other devices. The port on my phone is also fine because it works with charging cable. I already tried cleaning the port and restarting iPhone.

EarPods not working when plugged one way As you know, you can plug lightning accessories one way or the other. My EarPods only work when I plug them in my iPhone one way, but not the other. However, I have tried the same EarPods in two other Apple devices and I didn’t experience that issue. I also have other headphones which work fine with my phone. Does anyone know what the issue could be? I already cleaned the lightning port on my phone.

Earpods aren't working My earpods aren't working but i can charge my phone. The earpods work when i'm listening music on my ipod. I have a Iphone 7. I hope somebody can help me.

EarPods not working. I have a iPhone 11 Pro Max and when I plug in EarPods thru the lightning port the phone don’t get connected. I try with 2 different pairs and they are work in a different phones.

Just because it charges does not mean it is fine, the headphones use different pins. Get a magnifying glass and inspect the port.
