epub format in pages

OK, now that Apple is ending support for iBooks Author, Pages has the newly-added ability to import an .iba file, which will require some reformatting, and has the ability to export your book as an ePub file. But when doing that, I get a message that fully-justified text is not supported. Can this really be? Surely an ePub file can have fully justified text. I'm using fixed layout so it's not an issue of flowable text.

Any help?
