Payment Information Could Not Be Updated
New to the Apple world and not off to a great start...
Bought a MacBook Air and immediately updated the OS. Then went to the App Store to download applications I'll need and got a never-ending loop of me signing in and that I needed to "review" my account. Did some Googling and determined it was likely because I didn't have a payment associated with my account.
So, I tried updated my payment method via Preferences and Safari/Manager My Apple ID and get the same message:
Tried using 2 different credit cards and PayPal. None worked.
My address information is added and correct. I don't understand what the issue is or how to overcome it.
Oh, and it says contact apple support but when I go onto the Support page I can't create a ticket.
