Foreign language sent in email

Hi

Today I took photos for my father on my iPhone and emailed them to him. The email he received had a notification saying ‘Slovenian language detected. Do you want to translate message?’

I only attached the photos in the email. I have used AVG and zone alarm to scan my phone and there doesn’t seem to be anything detected (I was worried this might be an indication of a virus). I have looked through my language settings which are all sent to English (UK).

Has anyone experienced this before, or is anyone able to give me some advice as to what this might be?

Thanks in advance!
