move ring moves backwards

My move ring moves backwards. It happens a lot. For example, tonight at 10:46 it was at 801 and gave me the double my move badge. At 11:05 it was back down to 725. When I opened my badge, it said I had achieved it today, but I also needed another 46 calories to earn this badge. A few weeks ago I cracked my screen and had to send it back to Apple for repair. This backwards movement happened before the repair and has now happened again even after it has been unpaired, fixed, and repaired to my phone.
