I tune is not working in my mac, getting a message i tune is updating

Thanks for your post! We understand you are unable to access iTunes, as it states it is currently updating. If you haven't already, try starting your machine in safe mode.


How to use safe mode on your Mac

If the issue is persisting, try instigating the update from the App Store.


Update to the latest version of iTunes


Let us know what you find out!
