I got a message on my phone telling me my Visa card was not valid. I didn’t recognise the number and would like to put in the correct Card No. I am in my 80s so you must be patient with me.mPatrick

Contact Apple Support for more information. I buy Visa card at Walmart with $200 I try to add payment method I put the 16 digits date card expires and the security code and I put Done and its telling me “Contact Apple Support for more information.”

Can't update visa info My visa was expired. The new card has the same number as the old one, but Expire Date and Security Code have changed. When I'm trying to update visa info, there is no where I could change these info. And deleting the only payment method will not work. Also adding a new payment method with the same card number will trigger another error message saying "This payment method has already been added to your account". Please let me know what I can do. Thank you.
