I buy Visa card at Walmart with $200 I try to add payment method I put the 16 digits date card expires and the security code and I put Done

and its telling me “Contact Apple Support for more information.”

You have not reached support, you are posting to a public forum of other users.

Instead you need to call or chat iTunes/Media support by clicking Get Support at the bottom of iTunes - Official Apple Support
