Your Apple ID cannot be used until your email address has been verified.

I have been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer program but am getting hung up when Apple continually tells me the following:

Your Apple ID cannot be used until your email address has been verified.

To verify your email address, please visit My Apple ID. If you would like to use a different Apple ID, sign out.

And then I visit My Apple ID, but couldn't find where to verify my email address.

Any ideas?

It would be in your Account tab --to the right, click where it says edit. In the section where it says Reachable At, your trusted email addresses are listed. You can add/remove any emails, and when you add a new email, it sends a verification code to the email address.

I added an email and received a verification code. But when I go back to Apple Develop site, I am still asked to verify my email address.
