According to the steps in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201398, you've done everything except checking for updates and contacting the developer, so that's what I'd suggest you do next.

Words with friends ap on iPhone 11 keeps freezing up. I turn off and reboot - does it again in a while. I’ve deleted and reinstalled ap - no help!!! What’s wrong ? Thanks
