Words with friends ap on iPhone 11 freezes up. Have turned off - in and even deleted and reinstalled ap!! What is wrong?? Thanks

Words with friends ap on iPhone 11 keeps freezing up. I turn off and reboot - does it again in a while. I’ve deleted and reinstalled ap - no help!!! What’s wrong ? Thanks
