hp driver update for photosmart 7520

I updated to 10.15.5 & now have printer issues. Hp’s driver won’t work with error message:

Can anyone help. Would hate to have to buy a new printer!

Boot into Safe Mode (How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support) by booting with the Shift key held down and try downloading and installing from there. Then reboot normally.

NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing some system cache cleaning, volume verifying and directory repairing.

The download works for me with both Safari and Firefox in Catalina.

You may want to try it again (if you haven't already). I downloaded from https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-7520-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5199461

Thanks for trying fox but still no luck!!!

It seems the printer can’t print anything black but does seem to print other colors. I’ve tried multiple browsers but the zip file seems unusable to my computer!! I just spent 3 hours scouring new printers & they all seem on back order! What a bummer! Is there any other way around this?
