Which printer/scanners will Mac OS Ventura 13.0 work with
Will a HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer scan with Ventura 13.0? I'm getting blank pages. The system will copy. Thanks for your help.

This device is compatible with Apple's built-in AIrPrint when networked (wired or wireless). With the device powered and networked on the same subnet as your Mac, visit System Preferences > Printers & Scanners and remove [-] it from the Printers panel.
That will trigger a new Apple Bonjour panel where it should discover your device. Click the device entry, and the previously inert Use: selector will either offer you AirPrint, or will choose Default. Click Add. With the device back in the Printers panel, try printing again something with just a few pages to avoid wasting paper. If there is a scanning function, then use Apple's Image Capture for that purpose.
Did this resolve the blank page printing issue?

Try using Image Capture in your Applications Folder instead of the HP's scan-ware.

Any of the units listed in this Apple document are compatible with Macs and Ventura: About AirPrint - Apple Support. You will, however, have to do your due diligence and check out the specs of those you're interested with to make sure they can handle the A4 paper.
I've had both Canon and Epson printers and generally prefer the Canon line.
I want to buy a scanner to go with my MacBook Pro Ventura 13.0. I will be printing an A4 image to 100 x 200cm, and need presicion colour and focused printing. I do not want to buy a scanner that the software stops working with this system.
Since updating to OS Ventura 13.1 my Brother MFC-934OCDW has been giving me problems. In order for me to scan I have to de-install the printer and reinstall it at the beginning of every new set of jobs. Additionally my quality of print has declined. I thought it might have been due to the brand new cartridges I bought, so I cleaned my printer heads but still had poor print quality. I changed the cartridges to another new set but in order to get semi-sharp color, the print setting has to be set on "best". None of this was a issue before the new OS version was installed.
I have a HP 7740 All-In-One Printer-Scanner. My computer is an Apple with Ventura 13.0 operating system. The printer will copy. The scanner provides blank pages.
I have a new macbook 2 pro with Ventura 13.2. I cannot connect with my current Canon G3202 printer. If I need to purchase a new printer (mostly for church weekly work), which would be best?
I've used VueScan for decades, handled dozens of different Scanners.
According to this Apple document, About AirPrint - Apple Support, the Canon iP8750 is AirPrint compatible so would work with Ventura.
As for working with Lightroom I can't say as I don't have that printer or use Lightroom. You'll have to ask the Lightroom developers or Canon thqat question.
Are you using it currently with Lightroom?
No, i bought it with a view to using with Lightroom, but on looking into it, found Canon have not yet tested it yet. So i don't want to start using it and then run into problems because it's not compatible. I'd rather return unopened and find something that will work. Canon rang today and indicated i should check in a week or two, as it's unusual to have this length of delay.
I assume the option would be to export a hi-res image file from Lightroom and then use Airprint to print the image, but i'd rather have the option of printing from lightroom.
With AirPrint you just use the File ➙ Print menu option in each application to print. I use an AirPrint Epson and HP printers with Adobe's Photoshop Elements for Mac seamlessly. There shouldn't be a problem with Lightroom.
I have the same problem. I did get a new Canon Printer and still it does not connect. Can anyone suggest something? I've tried direct USB connect, which has not worked. I read somewhere that if the router is made by Apple it will work with AirPrint. Then maybe I need to buy a new router? I will first try to connect the printer directly to my WiFi and see if that helps. If anyone has a solution please advise. Otherwise I'm returning my printer and I'm giving up. I've spent days working on this, Best Buy Geek Squad could not even help. Hey, I like to print Bible verses.
Are you using AirPrint & Brother Print & Scan???
