I loved the iPhoto Places slideshow theme that provided an animated geographic flyover. Is there something similar available from Apple or other providers? Thank you.
I am simply creating short video clips in iMovie showing the flyover on a map or the globe. The animated maps are in iMovie available in the backgrounds section.
Then I import the video clip to Photos and use it in the slideshow or a memory movie.

Not that I'm aware of. You can ask Apple to add it to the Photos library list of slideshow themes via Feedback - Photos - Apple
