Iphone 11 Pro voice cutting out during video calls

There is a more recent version of iOS than what your iPhone has now. You can update to iOS 13.6. It is always a good idea to have a backup of your iPhone before updating.

From your reply, it would appear that you have updated the iOS but still experiencing the same issue. Have you tried updating the apps? This article has the steps to Update apps or use automatic downloads - Apple Support
