Now Playing keeps launching automatically, although I’ve disabled it.

On Apple Watch 5 with auto launch audio apps off and always on set on, the Now Playing launches automatically if music is playing on my surroundings (e.g. at the gym). I’ve disabled the microphone and turned off noise measurements, in addition to having turned off auto launch audio apps on the watch and the phone. I’ve also turned phone and watch on-off and unpaired-paired the watch. No changes.

This is annoying and battery-consuming. Any idea how to disable completely this app’s auto-lunch??
