Export pdf with audio file on pages

Is there a way of exporting a pdf doc with audio files? When I try to export it, it comes out without the audio file.

I don't understand why apple creates the option of putting an audio if you cannot export it.

Online I just see options to do it with Adobe Pro which is quite expensive. Any other suggestions?

Audio in pages I have recorded an audio with pages, but when I send it to someone the audio is gone. Is there anyway to embed the audio to the pdf?

I have inseted an audio into my file. However when saved as a pdf or in a print version the audio button doesn I have created a teacher resource for sharing as a PDF digital file. On the document I have added a media audio file. However when printed or saved, the audio button is then not visable and therefore has no placeholder to show its there or to select. to play.

Neither audio, nor movies can be exported from Pages into PDF. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC may be the only PDF editor that can add these to an exported PDF with its Rich Media tool.
