The purchase cannot be finalized. XXX does not support the graphics card of this computer.

This War of Mine game bought in January 2020 didn't work properly from the very beginning on MacBook Air 2018. The computer was terribly hot and extremely hot. I reported the case to the developer but unfortunately I did not get any response. In the commentary to the application I also wrote how the problem looks like now. I waited for any updates that were not really there. Today when I wanted to download the game I could not do it.

I got a message : The purchase cannot be finalized. This War of Mine does not support the graphics card of this computer.

Previously, when I bought the game, there was a message that the game works on MacBook Air 2018. I feel cheated and I'm asking for a refund for a game that is no longer supported and was at the time of purchase.

You need to speak to Apple directly regarding a refund.
