Flash disabled when phones on low battery

I can not use the flash on my camera app and apps that use camera such as snapchat, Insta etc. Is this there a way to solve this, or is it a permanent thing? As much as I understand it saves battery, I think this should be a personal choice and I’m not a big fan of this as flash on my camera is something I use at lot and since buying iPhone 11 I can no longer do so when on low battery?

Flash disabled on iPhone 11 My iPhone 11 camera will not allow me to take pictures with flash and gives me a message saying it has low battery regardless of how charged it is. flash is disabled even with full battery Camera says “ Flash is disabled The iPhone battery is low and needs to be charged before you can use the flash” even when my battery is full. I’m using a brand new iPhone 11 with latest iOS version. Please help
