Iphone 11 lens stretching light

I recently replaced Iphone 11 because of extreme light stretching issues. Whenever I try to take pictures at low light all the light source stretch out. I am having same issues with the new pone as well. I have attached some pictures below to show the case.

Can it be fixed?

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Hello frenbox.

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We see that you have some concerns about the quality of photos taken of bright objects in low light. We will be glad to assist.

From your photos it appears that you are experiencing lens flares. This happens when a bright source of light is shining through the lens and is a common occurrence in photography. It may be more noticeable the brighter the source of light, and the darker the environment, i.e. Street lamps at night.

This is a normal limitation of camera systems, caused by bright light sources reflecting off of lenses or other surfaces in the camera assembly. This can be limited by ensuring a bright light source is not directly in the camera focus.

Cheers.
