Problem viewing Online Order Status

Hi there I've ordered myself an Ipad Pro about 4 weeks ago and I've been checking the status of my order from time to time just to see when it would be shipped out.


However, as I tried to check the status of my order today I was greeted with an Error message on the website. It says "Something went wrong. There was a problem with your request. Please try again." .


Initially I figured maybe because I was viewing it on my phone and there might be some bugs. However I tried it on my Mac and find myself facing the same problem. Dear Apple please fix this issue soon! I am nervous and worried about my order.

I figured it out! So you have to clear cookies and then go to orders again. when it says sign in, you should put the order number and then put your email adress and it should work.

You would need to check your order status with Apple, we are all other users here without any access to your account, ordering, etc. As for the message, if there is a server overload, that can easily happen; clear your cookies and try again.
