Problem viewing Online Order Status
Hi there I've ordered myself an Ipad Pro about 4 weeks ago and I've been checking the status of my order from time to time just to see when it would be shipped out.
However, as I tried to check the status of my order today I was greeted with an Error message on the website. It says "Something went wrong. There was a problem with your request. Please try again." .
Initially I figured maybe because I was viewing it on my phone and there might be some bugs. However I tried it on my Mac and find myself facing the same problem. Dear Apple please fix this issue soon! I am nervous and worried about my order.
