Can’t swipe on notifications in notification Center
Can’t swipe on notifications in Notification Center. Some notifications on my iPhone 7 Plus will allow me to swipe left, and some notifications won’t? Why is this?

You should be able to swipe left on a notification or a group of notifications and see the option to mange alerts for the app, view the notification, or clear the notification.If this isn’t happening, remove any screen protector or case from your iPhone and try again.
If that doesn’t help, restart your iPhone:
Check for update:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
