Apple TV+ channel stopped working on my Roku Ultra

My Apple TV+ channel stopped working on my Roku Ultra a few weeks ago. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the channel but continue to get video playback errors.

It sounds like maybe clearing the cache is the solution, but I'm not that familiar with Roku OS.
