Charger side
Does the charger in my MacBook Pro has a “side”? Like upside or downside, is it bad if I connect it in the wrong side?
Oh, the USB-C connector?
"Plug it in either way around" is considered an important FEATURE!

The charger does not have a side, but in general a 15/16-in MacBook Pro tends to be organized internally with the processor on the right, and the Discrete graphics on the left.
Users have reported ever-so-slightly less heat generated in the computer when the power adapter is connected on the right, processor side.
If you mean the plug itself, then no. There is no ‘up’ or ‘down’, it can be plugged in either way.
