MacBook Air(retina display) 2018 suddenly display gets grey

Scene 1) While Mac is in turned off Condition

Scene 2) After power on, MacBook screen looks like as below:

keyboard Light is working perfectly while doing NVRAM Reset even caps-lock key is also working normally. While i attach mac with power adapter then charging tone is also listenable from Mac speaker. So speaker is also well.

Which type of problem occurs with this MacBook air?

I was working on mac and suddenly scene 2 occurs and i have tried all the options including safe-mode, NVRAM Reset, Recovery, Disk Utility But nothing works in my case still this grey screen appearing. No apple logo or no boot-up appears and none of any changes appearing. Let me know the solution for this problem as soon as possible.

What could be the problem with?

1) RAM

2) Operating System Or get corrupted suddenly

3) CPU

4) Display

5) GPU or graphics card

6) Memory

7) Suddenly some of cable or connection get loose

Hello UvTechSoft,

Thank you for verifying that you've worked through those steps. The next thing to do is to see if the display will work when you're starting up into macOS Recovery. This allows us to see if the display will work in this separate partition. Follow these steps to start up from macOS Recovery: About macOS Recovery.

If the display is still not working you'll want to look into the service options for your region. This page will help you to locate the Apple Authorized Service Providers for your region: Apple - Find Locations

Any questions regarding the service options you can contact Apple Support here: Get Support.

Cheers!

Hello UvTechSoft,

With the display not changing when you try to start up into macOS Recovery, you'll definitely want to have the MacBook Pro evaluated in person. Once it is evaluated they'll be able to provide you with more information and what needs to be done to resolve it.

The next step to take is to get in touch with a service provider through this site:Apple - Find Locations.

Or you can contact Apple Support: Get Support.

Take Care.
