I can not issue a refund

Hello,

the application was mistakenly bought by my younger sister, was not used. I ask for a refund. But through the settings the operation cannot be completed.

Also, the purchase status in the status is pending, so I can not regulate the purchase.

Thank you, waiting for feedback.


Mistake - According to our data, the purchase does not comply with the terms of the refund.

Contact Apple support, keep in mind all purchases are final and you are not entitled to a refund under the App store policy.
