Restoring iphone x

My sister has an iphone X and the screen is black. The apple logo will flash on and then flash off again. It then says contact apple support and the screen shows a picture of a laptop with a charger. What can i do?

Restoring iPhone Hello, I am trying to restore my iPhone. It has a black screen with the white apple logo in the middle, however I cannot seem to make it turn back on.
