I can't find the quickbooks online app in the apps on my ipad. I'm a brand new ipad user and would appreciate any help. All that comes up when I search is Quickbooks Accounting and Quickbooks Self-Employed.
I thought QuickBooks Online was just that -- online (run in a browser). The QB website says you can "download the Mac or Windows app to run Essentials, or Plus twice as fast," but says nothing about an iPad app.
QuickBooks Online can be run on a Mac or Windows computer. Neither of which is an iPad. On iOS based devices, you download apps to your device, if such an app is available in the App Store. There is an app for QuickBooks in the App Store. If you want QuickBooks, you'll need to download the app.
As long as your iPad runs iOS 11.2 or higher, you would go to the App Store App, and download the app from there. It would not natively be installed on your iPad because it is not an Apple product.
