Apple watch Series 5 is not calculating Outdoor Bike ride

I have an Iphone 10S Max 256GB with IOS 13.5.1

Apple watch 5 cellular with WATCH OS 6.2.6

When I go for an outside walk everything is fine and the distance and speed is recorded.

When I go for a Outdoor Cycle this is where is goes wrong. It records my heart rate but not Distance or Speed.

Location Services is turned on.

Apple Watch Workout is set to While Using.

Motion Calibration & Distance is turned on.

Turned off Location Services and then turned it back on again.

Changed the setting for Apple Watch Workout to Never and then back to While Using.

Turned off Motion Calibration & Distance and then turned it back on again.

All Apps closed and devices restarted

Unpaired and re-pair carried out of the Apple Watch:

I have tried to set both my watch and phone up as new devices rather than a restore.

Help - I suppose next step are genius bar
