I suggest to restart your Mac, and if the issue persists, to run Apple Diagnostics: How to turn your Mac on or off - Apple Support & How to use Apple Diagnostics on your Mac - Apple Support

If the buzzing sound continues, or if a hardware issue is detected with Apple Diagnostics, then I suggest to contact Apple for service assistance: Get your Mac ready for service - Apple Support
