Hi, I’m trying to download assets to start playing and I got an error message (attached). Does anybody knows how to fix it?
Other apps and games are downloading normally. It happens only on F12016.
*i have already deleted and downloaded it, restarting AppleTV and its settings. Nothing works.

Contact the game publisher about your issue.
In Settings > Accounts > iTunes and App Store - Sign Out.
Restart your Apple TV - Sign back in after it restarts
