My Face ID feature stopped working for no apparent reason. I’ve restarted my iPhone and confirmed I have the latest iOS version. Each time I follow the online support instructions I get “this device is not setupCan anyone tell me how to reset the Face ID?

Hi, you can see this link for help troubleshooting Face ID, if you just need to know how to reset it, you should be able to do this with your passcode by accessing the settings.
Step 8 on the above link provides the following guidance:
Reset Face ID
If you still need help, reset Face ID then set it up again. Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode and tap Reset Face ID. Then tap Set up Face ID to set it up again.
If you can’t enrol your face, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider or contact Apple Support.
