Has apple watch n.5 function vibrate when will lost Bluetooth connection between IPhone?

That is not a feature of Watch OS, it is not available as a native app.
But if I recall correctly I read something a while back that there may be a 3rd party app that may do what you want.
Have a look in the app store. If there is one that is where it would be.
