I can't find a way to change or reset my security questions

I've forgotten the answer to one of my security questions, and so I want to just reset them.

In my account, under security, there is no option to add/change security questions

the iforgot webpage only allows me to change my password, and not my questions

Apple's support articles, and website in general leave a LOT to be desired, with password/security checks on every other page, on a site that *never* remembers me, and information that does not apply.

You have no security questions to reset if you are using

Two-step verification for Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204152 or

Two-factor authentication for Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204915

Try these steps first: If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions

If after trying those steps, you cannot change them, contact Apple Support, although I'm not sure they will be able to help, as according to Security and your Apple ID:

"Without proof of your identity via a temporary Support PIN and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you perform any actions on your account. These policies are audited and reviewed on a regular basis."
