How do i toggle off the zoom effect in FaceTime

In these times of COVID many FaceTime as we do. I can’t stand the zooming in and out of the FaceTime windows as no one person chats long enough for the window to fully focus. I’d like to be able to turn that option off and be able to just tile the windows around the screen. How can I do this?
