Support Fail for Double Charges
How can I talk to a person about a billing issue? The support online for this doesn’t work for my situation. Bought the Hunger Game movies last night. An error popped up and on the first try, but worked on the second try. Before I went to bed I noticed 2 pending charges. $32.08 and $32.09. This morning they were no longer pending. The online support gives you a list of things that you checkmark. The Hunger Games is listed once. They say if you check it, it may be removed. There isn’t anywhere to say it was double charged nor is there any where to free text anything. and the phone number listed next to the charges does not let you talk to a human. I’m frustrated.
