Order failed but i got charged
I tried to make a split purchase on apple.com using both my credit cards, Chase declined the transaction, while citi went through, and i got an error on the order page, Authorization failed it said. the order did not go through cause of the decline from chase, but my citi card was charged, and i was neither given an order number nor the order got processed. Contacted apple support both on chat and call, but they were both useless. The first time after many hold, the lady told me that her superior would cancel it, But it's been since the 5th of august 2021 and my money still haven't been refunded. It's a charge of $3,273.72
